Terms and refunds

Sugata Software is operated by Carlo Fardella, a sole trader based in Perth, Western Australia. Contact support@sugata.com.au for product, purchase or licence support.

Software purchases

Each product has its own licence terms, pricing and refund information:

Software purchase payments use Stripe Managed Payments, where Stripe acts as merchant of record. The final amount and applicable tax are shown in checkout before payment. Product licences become available after payment is confirmed.

Custom software

Custom development is scoped and quoted separately. Scope, fees, delivery, ownership and support are agreed in writing for that project. A product licence purchase does not include custom development.
