Carlo Fardella trading as Sugata Software, Perth, Western Australia, is responsible for information used to handle your enquiries and supply our software.

Enquiries and this website

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to share. We use it to answer you, scope requested work and provide support. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or confidential files unless a suitable transfer method has been agreed.

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and processes ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser user agent. The homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts and, when played, a product video hosted on GitHub. Those providers receive the connection information needed to deliver that content. Support email uses Google Workspace. Provider processing may occur outside Australia.

We do not sell personal information. We retain correspondence as needed for your enquiry, support, agreed work and applicable record-keeping requirements.

Requests and concerns

For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, email support@sugata.com.au. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for existing licences or legal obligations. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or your local privacy regulator.
